Sponge, sauce/ganache/curd/jam, frosting/cream, decoration
 
Any sponge flavour you would like.
Any sauce you would like
Any frosting flavour or fresh whipped cream or chantilli cream
Any decoration, chcolate, sweets, biscuits, sprinkles
 
You can also have a jar of flavoured Custard with it instead of toppings on the cake. 
e.g Large Chocolate cake traybake, topped with chocolate only and a 750ml Jar of custard 
        Small Traybake topped with chocolate and a 300ml jar of Custard.

The traybake will be made on Thursday or Friday following your order date and can be collected on Saturday from the stall or Sunday from Lydgate Todmorden. Please contact me for informtion.
